Information you provide
The quote form collects your name, email address, requested quantity, project notes, a STEP/STP model, and an optional PDF. The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Account features may also collect authentication and profile information.
How it is used
Information is used to review requests, respond to questions, provide and administer account features, protect the service, and fulfill work you approve. STEP, STL, drawings, and related project files are used to evaluate and carry out the request for which they were supplied.
Quote file transmission
The current public quote form validates files and sends them as attachments through the configured email provider to the review inbox. The website does not add a separate CAD storage layer, but email infrastructure and the receiving mailbox may retain the message and attachments under their settings.
Service providers and logs
Hosting, authentication, email, security, and any configured analytics providers may process technical or account data to operate the site. Server logs can include IP address, request details, browser information, and timestamps.
Sensitive projects
Do not upload export-controlled, classified, medical, personal, or contract-restricted information until the required access, location, NDA, retention, and destruction terms have been confirmed in writing.
Questions or requests
Use the contact page to ask what information is held, request correction or deletion, or discuss special handling. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable record-keeping obligations.
